Woodfin Honey Farm

Woodfin Honey Farm

Our family has been in the bee business for 60 years. My father started keeping bees in the late 1950's with 60 hives. When he passed away in 1961, I took over the business and we now have 300 hives. We are known for our Sourwood honey. The bees forage in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina in exceptional Sourwood locations. I am a retired school teacher since 1991 and work with the bees full time. We have nucs available in the spring.
